I do worry about the animals though – I hope they are well taken care of. I know most Japanese folks are the soul of courtesy but it kind of scares me seeing little kids with bunnies because they spook easily (the bunnies not the kids). I’m sure it is fine in Japan but here in the US I would have serious doubts about it unless there were monitors who watched the kids and people with the animals. I don’t like any animals being exploited – I have concerns about this. I hope that it doesn’t fall into that gray zone.Like perhaps if they used rescued animals from shelters – that kind of thing and kept them and took wonderful care of them.
