Mame Shiba is a series of characters that are both beans and dogs at the same time. Here’s a video of one of them.

According to Sofia of From Japan With Love, the dog says “Did you know, in France the Japanese word “tanpopo” (in English it is the word for the flower dandelion) means ‘peeing your pants?’”

Sofia is also selling Mame Shiba character goods on her store From Japan With Love.

Pop duo The Bird and The Bee have released a video of their new single “Love Letter to Japan,” complete with video games, anime-style cartoons, and cute storyline.

Kogepan is a bread that was burned in the oven of a bakery, and unfortunately lives a sad life since no one wants burnt bread! Here’s a video of poor Kogepan as an introduction to such a sad life.
